About Vouchedly
Vouchedly is a Texas-based business-services brand and provider directory. The intended company name is Vouchedly LLC; formation is pending. These terms do not represent that the LLC has already been registered. A paid proposal must identify the actual contracting person or registered business before you accept or pay.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorized to represent the business you submit. Use accurate information, verify your email, protect your password and tell us about unauthorized access. You are responsible for your content and for having permission to use uploaded images, names and other materials.
Listings, reviews and offers
Profiles are private until submitted and approved. We may request corrections, decline, hide or suspend content that is misleading, unsafe, unlawful, abusive or unrelated to the service. Approval and badges are not background checks, professional licenses, guarantees of quality or endorsements. Confirm licensing, insurance, availability and qualifications directly with the provider.
Reviews must describe a genuine experience. Do not post fake, paid-without-disclosure or retaliatory reviews, sensitive personal information or content you do not have the right to share. Reviews are moderated and may be corrected or removed for policy or legal reasons. Providers may report a review but cannot privately erase criticism. Report abuse to hello@vouchedly.com.
Providers are responsible for offer details, dates, availability, exclusions and fulfillment. A displayed offer is not a reservation or completed purchase.
Independent providers and paid services
Listed businesses are independent. Your service agreement, payments and disputes are with the provider you choose unless a separate written agreement expressly identifies Vouchedly's operator as the supplier. This platform does not currently process payments or hold funds in escrow. Backed Hire and other portfolio brands have separate accounts, purposes and agreements.
A listing does not authorize a charge, and no card is required to create an account. Any paid upgrade or project requires a separate accepted proposal stating the supplier, scope, price, timing, cancellation and refund terms. No automatic charge or paid renewal is created by these terms.
Business and visibility guidance
Branding, websites, setup guidance and visibility reviews are intended to help you make informed decisions. They are not legal, tax or regulated professional advice. Government filings, licenses, search placement, traffic, leads, revenue and specific business outcomes are not guaranteed. Website checks are limited observations, not a complete security, accessibility or search-ranking audit; recommendations require human review.
Content and acceptable use
You retain ownership of your submitted content. You permit Vouchedly to store, display and format it as necessary to provide the requested listing or service. Do not upload malware, impersonate others, scrape private data, spam users or attempt to bypass account protections. Public material belonging to other brands remains their property.
Availability, closure and updates
We aim to maintain a useful service, but uninterrupted availability and error-free information are not promised. Keep your own copies of business content. You may request account closure or correction by emailing us from your registered address. We may restrict misuse and retain information where reasonably needed for legal, security or dispute purposes, as described in the Privacy Notice.
Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. We may update these terms with a revised effective date and notify account holders of material changes where appropriate. Contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it.
