Who this notice covers
This notice covers the Vouchedly website and platform. Vouchedly is a Texas-based brand whose intended company name, Vouchedly LLC, is pending formation. It does not imply that a registered LLC already exists. Independent providers and linked websites operate under their own privacy practices.
Information we collect
We collect account email, a protected password representation, email-confirmation and recovery records, business-profile details, images you upload, offers, reviews, enquiries, contact requests and support messages. Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and request logs. Please do not submit medical records, government identification, financial account numbers or other sensitive personal records through these forms.
How we use it
We use information to operate accounts, verify email ownership, publish approved profiles, route enquiries, moderate content, respond to requests, maintain security and send transactional account messages. We use business information you provide to prepare requested services and visibility reviews. Signing up does not by itself subscribe you to a promotional mailing list.
Public and private information
Approved listing information, published offers and approved review names and text are public. Your login email is not automatically displayed in the directory; a separately supplied public contact email may be. Enquiries are shared with the provider addressed and with authorized platform personnel as needed. Review email addresses are kept out of public reviews and used for moderation follow-up. Private owner notes and account credentials are not public directory fields.
Service providers and external resources
Hostinger supplies hosting and the branded mailbox used for transactional delivery. Fontshare and Google Fonts provide web fonts, so your browser may contact their servers. We may disclose information to providers necessary to run the requested service, when legally required, or to address fraud, security and rights concerns. We do not sell personal information or use this site to share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service-provider infrastructure may process information outside your state or country. Only share information you are authorized to provide. Linked businesses have their own systems; review their policies before sending them sensitive information.
Cookies and local storage
A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days, subject to logout and security invalidation. Local storage remembers your color-theme preference. Basic offer counters use a daily hashed identifier to reduce duplicate counts. The current site does not include advertising pixels or a third-party marketing analytics tag. Hosting-level logs may still record visits for service and security purposes.
Retention and security
We retain account and service records while needed to provide the platform and for legitimate security, recordkeeping and dispute needs. Expired confirmation and recovery links cannot be used. Access controls, protected password hashing and encrypted application records help safeguard information, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Backup copies may remain after active records are removed until the applicable backup cycle expires.
Your choices and requests
You can edit your profile in your dashboard and choose whether to submit it for public listing. To request access, correction, a copy, deletion, account closure or withdrawal of optional consent, email hello@vouchedly.com from your account address. We may verify your identity and explain any information that must be retained. We handle requests according to applicable law, including any rights of appeal or complaint that apply to you.
The platform is for adults and is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate. Material changes to this notice will be reflected in the effective date and communicated where required.
