What Vouchedly actually does, in plain terms.

Two halves, and they are separate on purpose.

The first half: we set you up

If you are starting or fixing a service business, we do the build — formation and licensing, brand identity and print, the website, local search, the lead system. Fixed scope, fixed price, told to you up front instead of after a discovery call. You own everything at the end, including the domain and the files. If you leave, it leaves with you.

The second half: the network

This is the part most people mean when they ask what the platform is. Any service business can create a profile and list what it does. Care homes, dispatchers, law firms, DJs, event rental companies, travel agents, staffing agencies, contractors. One business, five services, all five listed — that is normal and expected.

Three things make it different from the lead sites you have been burned by.

Free listings and no per-lead charge. Enquiries are saved in your dashboard with an email notification. You do not need a paid subscription to read them. Paid membership upgrades are not open.

Reviews are the ranking. You send customers a link, they leave a review, the score shows on your page and on your directory card. Higher average and more reviews rank you higher. You cannot delete a review you dislike — you can report it, and a person reads it. That rule is what makes the stars mean anything to a buyer, which is the only reason they are worth having.

A person approves every listing. Nothing appears publicly until it is read by a human — usually within a day. Slower than instant, and the reason the directory is worth browsing.

Offers

Every listed business can post offers — a discount, a free month, a seasonal package — with a poster, dates, a code and a limit. Change or pull them whenever you want. They show on your page and, if you choose, on the network-wide offers board where buyers browse deals across every industry.

What it costs

Listing is free. Paid membership upgrades are not open. Optional website, branding and business setup projects are separate services, with prices on the services page and a written scope before work starts.
